Welcome to our FAQ page. Here you will find the answers to any questions you may have about everything from our ‘Recipe’ bags to our delivery options. If you cannot find the information you would like, please get in contact with us using our contact page or give us a ring. We really want to help you and would love to make sure that you can send your thoughtful gift ‘Recipe’ with ease, with all of your questions answered and your mind at rest! You are just as important to us, as is the recipient too, so we want to ensure you’re happy so you can excitedly wait for the news of your gift’s arrival!

Answers To Your Questions

Q. How much does postage cost?

A. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders! If you need the parcel to arrive quickly then do please get in contact and we can arrange first class delivery or quote for tracked delivery too. 

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. We normally ship orders the same or next day, with Royal Mail Second Class post. Therefore most orders will be received within 3 days of order, but please allow up to 7 days. The digital e-Card will be sent out the same day as you have purchased it.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We accept all credit and debit cards and you can also pay on Paypal. If you’d like some help with your purchase then please call us on 01769 736789. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, then we can also accept this method but you will have to wait until the cheque has cleared in our bank.

Q. Can we phone you?

A. We know that not everyone is computer literate so if you want to place an order over the phone, we would love to talk to you – 01769 736789.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes, of course, but if you wish to return an order please email us first to [email protected] and we will let you know how you can return your order and arrange a refund or exchange.

Bespoke and made to order items are not eligible for refunds, please contact us for information.

Q. Can I send my order as a gift?

A. Yes, we can send your order directly to the recipient, just make sure you enter their delivery address during checkout.

Each item has a gift wrapping option, we can wrap your gift in a box and we can include a handwritten gift card, just write your personal message in the box on the product page.

Q. Can I send a digital card?

A. Why not send a thoughtful ‘Recipe’ bag via our magical, musical, animated E-cards! They are just over a minute long! We’re so excited to share these with you as you can send a ‘Recipe’ bag to anyone, anywhere in the world digitally! Let us know what message you want and we’ll do the rest. The message will appear within the animation! All we need is one working day to personalise your very own animated E-card and we’ll send it on it’s way! 

Q. Can you send my order overseas?

A. Currently we only ship to UK addresses, but if you wish us to post overseas please contact us, we may be able to help.
